2007 PROSPECTUS RIGHTS ISSUE
Ainsworth Game Technology Limited (the "Company") lodged a prospectus dated 21 November 2007 (the "Prospectus") with the Australian Securities and Investment Commission ("ASIC") for two separate renounceable rights issues of
two new shares for every five ordinary shares held in the Company and two
new shares for every five convertible notes held in the Company, to issue approximately 84.5 million new shares ("Rights Issue"). Each new share is at an application price of $0.32 per new share to raise up to $27.3 million
(before costs). The document on this website is an electronic reproduction
